All products are made to order with great care. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and produced within 1–5 business days. After production, it will be shipped from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure faster and more sustainable shipping.


⏳ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic orders (within the same country): 3–5 business days

  • International orders: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier delays, especially during busy seasons.

In some cases, if a delivery is significantly delayed:

  • 5+ business days beyond the estimated date β†’ a partial refund may be offered

  • 10+ business days beyond the estimated date β†’ a full refund may be considered

🎨 Quality & Damaged Orders

All prints are carefully checked before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please:

  1. Contact us at hello@studiokindof.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the damage or defect is confirmed, we’ll offer you a free replacement or, if necessary, a full refund.


πŸ“¬ Lost or Unclaimed Orders

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement.

  • If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, you’ll need to place a new order. We’ll refund the product cost (shipping fees will not be refunded).

As all products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your item. Please double-check all details before finalizing your order.


πŸ“¦ Packaging

We care about your order arriving in perfect condition:

  • Small prints (A4 or smaller) are shipped flat in rigid packaging.

  • Larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy triangular tubes.

  • Framed or canvas prints include protective padding for safe transit.
