🌍 Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship to the European Union, the United States, and Australia.

Note: Shipping costs may vary slightly depending on the size of the product and packaging. Final rates will be shown at checkout.

📦 How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

• Single item → base rate by destination

• Multiple items (same type & size) → base rate + (quantity – 1) × additional item rate

• Mixed items or different sizes → the highest base rate applies first + additional charges per item

If your order is fulfilled from more than one production site, separate shipping fees may apply.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

• European Union, USA, Australia:
  2–6 business days (including production + shipping)

⚡ Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available in your country. If so, it will appear as an option at checkout.

📌 Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees or local taxes, depending on your country's regulations.
These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

🔄 Order Processing & Fulfilment

• All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

• Each product is made to order and shipped directly from the nearest fulfilment centre.

• Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
